The gatekeepers are not polite. The hotel has no parking space for vehicles. Parking is done on the streets around the hotel. There is no security for the parked vehicles. Receptionists are not polite. After 10 summer vacations in Turkey, this is the first hotel where we paid extra money for taking our rooms before 14:00. Although our rooms were empty and clean, the receptionist insisted that we pay an extra 20 euros per room for the earlier takeover of the rooms. Dirty bowls, cutlery and tables in the restaurant are a daily occurrence. The restaurant is not with the appropriate capacity of guests. Sometimes food is missing. The chefs look lazy and they had dirty clothes. The waiters are not cluttered with clean clothes. The rooms are not cleaned regularly. We had to intervene at the reception for the cleanliness of the rooms and towels. The bars offer a drink in plastic cups. The mini bar in the room is not feffiled with drinks. Refilling is charged. The hotel does not deserve 5 stars, maybe 3+ stars maximum. This is the first hotel that I will not recommend to friends and the first unpleasant stay in Turkey. The hotel management must work hard for this hotel to reach 5 stars.
